Miss Dr. Oberle is a psychologist and supervisor BSO (professional association for coaching, supervision and organizational development). She is the head of psychology at CALDA Clinic.
Her long-lasting experience in psychiatry combined with that in the life science industry predestine her for this position. Her postgraduate studies in Logotherapy and Existential Analysis according to Viktor E. Frankl has a significant impact on her through the meaning-centered approach.
Her strength lies in strategy development and a pronounced ability to analyze. Under Prof. Luc Ciompi, she set up the day clinic of the Social Psychiatric University Clinic in Bern, took over its management for many years until she followed her passion, and switched to industry.
She works for various multinational companies as a coach, supervisor and team developer at all management levels, leads personnel training and carries out professional assessments and position assessments. She has been successfully running her own company since 2005, lecturing at various universities and technical colleges. In addition to various board memberships, including at the University Psychiatric Clinics in Basel, she lectures at national and international congresses.
Dr. Esther Oberle has published in various specialist journals, is co-author and bestselling author of “Survivalguide für die Seele” and “Das Mieder der Frau Triebelhorn”.
